All bookings including block bookings must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Any changes including rescheduling of confirmed driving lessons must be requested at least 4days in advance, otherwise they are non-refundable. Permitted changes are subject to availability.
Block bookings of longer than 6 hours require one week's notice to reschedule or cancel. All block bookings must be completed within 6 weeks except by prior arrangement.
Refunds are given (pro-rata) for any unused portion of blocks subject to the applicable cancellation notice being observed.
Any applicable discounts will be removed when a block or specially discounted product is cancelled and refunds due calculated accordingly. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
*Christmas Cash back promotion - 15% cash back is only applicable to block bookings (min 6hrs) given after completing the first scheduled lesson using the original payment method. The block must be completed latest by end of January 2026. Cancellation of a cash back promotion mid-way of a block booking will be refunded minus the discounted portion. The standard T&Cs as stated above also apply.
